The Apnea Total centre is located on the popular beach of the main town of Sairee on the island of Koh Tao in Thailand. The freediving centre features facilities to the highest standard including:
- Modern classrooms with audio-visual equipment and comfortable, spacious seating areas for students
- A library of freedive literature, photography and freedive videos
- A freediving equipment shop
- An administrative booking office
- A freedive equipment room with an equipment washing area
- Shower and toilet facilities
Our friendly Apnea Total staff are always available at the centre to explain our courses and answer any questions that you may have about freediving and Koh Tao. At the Apnea Total centre we welcome anyone who may have little to no experience in the ocean or those who have more experience in the ocean. Freediving is for everyone!
